I love you, thank you

you don't talk much, but smile more
you've never complain, but offer support
you've never offer me a beautiful day-dream but
a faith and confidence to be on my side
you teach me without to be a know- it- all

Baby, thank you for waiting
I'll coming home soon

how poor we live

One day, the father of a very wealthy family took his son on a trip to the country with the express purpose of showing him how poor people live.
They spent a couple of days and nights on the farm of what would beconsidered a very poor family.
On their return from their trip, the father asked his son, "How was the trip?"
"It was great, Dad."
"Did you see how poor people live?" the father asked.
"Oh, yeah," said the son.
"So, tell me, what did you learn from the trip?" asked the father.
The son answered: "I saw that we have one dog and they had four.
We have a pool that reaches to the middle of our garden and they have a creek that has no end.
We have imported lanterns in our garden and they have the stars at night.
Our patio reaches to the front yard and they have the whole horizon.
"We have a small piece of land to live on and they have fields that go beyond our sight.
"We have servants who serve us, but they serve others.
We buy our food, but they grow theirs."
"We have walls around our property to protect us, they have friends to protect them."
The boy's father was speechless.
Then his son added, "Thanks Dad for showing me how poor we are."

My Morning mantras

Today is the beginning of my new life
I am starting over today
All good things are coming today
I am grateful to be alive

I see beauty all around me
I live with passion and purpose
I take time to laugh and play everyday

I am awake, energized, and alive

I focus on all the good things in life
And give thanks for them
I am at peace and one with every thing
I feel the love, the joy, the abundance

I am free to be myself
I am magnificence in human form
I am the perfection of life
I am grateful to be...

simple ways to keep the little things from taking over your life

It's summarize from Richard Carlson (1997) rather old to be reviewed, but it's worthy to.
After I read this book , I realized and overwhelmed of human. Yes, we used to be 'human doing' rather than used to be 'human being'. Indeed, that our existence in this world is to find our mission. So, why should we get stress and think many of others business, rather than our own? Why don't we try to live in peace, make a giving more and showing our loves?
If it's easy to become relaxed, get warm feeling that come from the act of giving than demanding and disturbing others, why don't we try?

Some tips that realy helpul to build strong and loving person:

1. Don't sweat the small stuff.
Usually when we get annoyed because of someone, bad mood, or problem, we could be easily angry, and stressful.
Never let a little problem, or a bad mood controll ourself and make our day become a BAD DAY.

Maybe somebody make a mistake to us, but who didn't? Who have never make a mistake in his/her life? Nobody.
So, be easy forgiver. Because we're not perfect.
And don't bring up a little problem into a bigger one, until you get exhausted to handle it.
Just "LET GO" of problems instead of resisting with al your might.

2. Don't interrupt others or finish their sentences.
It's actually my habit to finish other's sentence, in according to show 'who I am'. To be more listened. But then I realized, if we never try to listen to other's words, never pay attention to what they try to communicate, we never been to.
When you are a good listener, the people you communicate with will feel more comfortable and relax to talk to you. And so do you.

3. Do something nice for someone else, and don.t tell anyone about it.
Usually we mention our acts of deed, our act of giving to others to get other attention, make they think that we're a thoughtful person. It's good to give without hoping reward. Because giving is its own reward.

4. Smile at strangers, look into their eyes, and say Hello!
Sometime we feel afraid of strangers. But they just alike us. It would be nice if you could be the one person who reach out first. You can seek an innocence, parallel habits, and unique personality of them. And much more, you can take a lesson, maybe from their experiences if you already get along with them. It happened to me! It happened to me when I am abroad.
So, start to greet others first!

5. Thinking of someone to love, and you'll have a peaceful day.
Everyday, when you wake up (or before you sleep) think of someone you love. Pray for them, and send them a kiss good night or a good wish.
Say and show your love to your relatives. By wishing good to others, you'll feel peace and bless that you have someone to love.
